Desktop integration preview

Community tools and update controls in the desktop client. Online rollout is still being prepared.

Desktop client

Community build browser, cloud-copy upload controls and saved public appearance.
Ten friendly English/Polish chat phrases, local muting and classic rank display.
Automatic update checks, verified downloads and optional installation on exit.
Online functions require the corresponding server endpoints; they are not yet verified live.

Historical release notes are preserved. The current language policy is English + Polish.
